Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must still be in it's original packaging.

You must complete our online returns form or contact our office to arrange a return. Please do not return goods to our warehouse without receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued by way of a credit note if you have an account or to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer you can expect to receive the money within 7 days of the refund being processed.

Shipping

Unless the items returned are faulty or damaged you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the items. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers within our delivery area will be able to return goods free of charge.
